New for 2025, we are very happy to start teaching our Feldenkrais classes at the lovely Sage Yoga Studio in Belper, Derbyshire.

Easter class times
Our Feldenkrais movement class is on as usual tomorrow, Wednesday the 27th March at 6pm. Then the Farmstead Hall will then be closed for 2 weeks over Easter so there won’t be classes on the 3rd or 10th of April.
New Monday evening class!
Starting on 7th April we are pleased to be running regular Monday evening classes at the Sage Yoga Studio in Belper, Derbyshire. 7.40 – 8.40 pm — see you there!
Free Feldenkrais in the Park!
We’re looking forward to taking part in the Mindful Morning on Saturday 17 September 2022, a community event in Linmere Park, Houghton Regis.
