Farewell to the Farmstead!
It’s time to say a fond farewell to the Farmstead hall, a lovely venue in Houghton Regis that has been host to our Feldenkrais classes for the last couple of years. But most of all a big thank you to the lovely people who have come to our classes!
We are relocating soon to Derbyshire. If you are in the north Derby area and are interested in finding ways to improve your movement look out for the new venue details. We will post them on the website when we have them.
The classes aren’t all stopping though — Our Monday evening online classes are available wherever you have an internet connection!
