Starting on 7th April we are pleased to be running regular Monday evening classes at the Sage Yoga Studio in Belper, Derbyshire.

Farewell to the Farmstead!
It’s time to say a fond farewell to the Farmstead hall, a great venue in Houghton Regis that has been host to our Feldenkrais classes for the last couple of years. But most of all a big thank you to the lovely people who have come to our classes! We are relocating soon to Derbyshire….

There’s going to be stalls, yoga, food, a kite workshop, a steel band and more. Including a half-hour Lessons in Movement Feldenkrais class, outside in the shade of the trees! Come along and join in. Please note that there is no Tuesday class on 15 April and no Monday class on 21 April. The classes on Monday 14 and Tuesday 22 April are still on. See you then!
