New Monday evening class!
Starting on 7th April we are pleased to be running regular Monday evening classes at the Sage Yoga Studio in Belper, Derbyshire.

Easter class times
Our Feldenkrais movement class is on as usual tomorrow, Wednesday the 27th March at 6pm. Then the Farmstead Hall will then be closed for 2 weeks over Easter so there won’t be classes on the 3rd or 10th of April.
Farewell to the Farmstead!
It’s time to say a fond farewell to the Farmstead hall, a great venue in Houghton Regis that has been host to our Feldenkrais classes for the last couple of years. But most of all a big thank you to the lovely people who have come to our classes! We are relocating soon to Derbyshire….
