Feldenkrais Group Classes
On this page is the old booking form, it can be used to book classes if there are any issues with the new form on the homepage.
We are currently running two public group classes in the evening — online on Mondays and in person at the new Farmstead Hall, in Houghton Regis, on Wednesdays. Please book online or contact us to confirm your place in a class.
If you have not been to a Feldenkrais class before we have more information on what to expect and how online lessons work.
We also run longer workshops, register your interest and we will let you know dates as they become available.
